Yes. Just type your site's address: your contact details, services, photos and blog posts are read quickly, and you choose and confirm. You can use Placevia alongside your existing site as an extra visibility channel, or connect your own domain and make it your only address.

No. Upload an Excel or CSV file or give us your online shop's address; product names, images, prices and attributes land on your list page at once. You can bulk-update prices later with the same file.

The Digital Card is a compact page that gathers contact details, menu, gallery and location on one screen. The Website is a site with sections such as services, team, price list, collection and blog. Whichever you choose, the other is prepared automatically with the same details: the one you choose appears on Google, while the other becomes a separate link for social media and QR codes and stays hidden from Google. That way the two pages don't compete with each other on Google.

That's normal. The moment you switch it on, your page is submitted to Google through the sitemap, but Google visits pages on its own schedule; this usually takes from a few days to two weeks. You first appear in searches for your own name. Ranking high in general searches such as “neighbourhood + service” takes weeks, or months for competitive topics, and is sped up by a Google Business Profile, customer reviews and regular content. No, nobody can; be sceptical of anyone who offers a guarantee. We fully set up the technical structure Google needs to understand you correctly and submit verified pages to Google. Google decides the rankings.

Placevia automatically prepares your page so assistants can read it: structured data (schema.org), a plain-text facts file (llms.txt), explicit access for AI crawlers and an instant notification to Bing and Yandex the moment your page is opened to Google. But assistants largely build their answers from search indexes such as Google and Bing and from pages their own crawlers read, so you first need to be found in search, which usually takes weeks. There is no guarantee that you will be recommended. To improve your chances, keep your details complete and up to date, set up a Google Business Profile and collect reviews, list your services and prices, add frequently asked questions and publish blog posts regularly. Yes. If you have a domain, you type it into the panel and we set up the connection; your only job is to add two settings in your registrar's panel (if you can't, you send the ready-made instructions to their support team). If you don't have a domain, our team can register and manage it for you (750 ₺ + VAT per year); either way the domain is registered in your name. Once the settings are complete, your site opens at yourbusiness.com and you appear on Google under your own address. Hosting is on us; you pay no separate hosting fee.

You confirm that the page belongs to you with a code sent to your phone or email; it takes a few minutes. Verified businesses get a badge and can be opened to Google. This prevents fake pages from being created in someone else's name.

Yes. If you only want the setup, choose the “Setup by us” plan (one-time setup of 15,000 ₺ + 4,800 ₺ a year, + VAT); we build your site and you make the updates. If you also want to leave updates to us, the Done for you package is 600 ₺ + VAT a month (one-time setup of 15,000 ₺ + 7,200 ₺ a year; 22,200 ₺ in the first year): we make 4 updates a month, and blog posts are available on request at 350 ₺ + VAT each.

Pricing is per business, not per account: each business (each site or card) has its own yearly subscription (400 ₺ + VAT a month; 4,800 ₺ a year in a single payment). Opening an account is free, and the free trial is once per account and applies to your first business.

The Build it yourself plan has a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, if you make the yearly payment your site stays live; if no payment is made, your site is taken offline. Your information isn't deleted: once you pay, you can publish it again from where you left off. If you don't want to renew at the end of the year, you won't be charged again.
